Matt Kiene began his law practice at Latham & Watkins, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and then went on to cofound several successful food and apparel companies with national distribution.  Matt’s multifaceted experiences provide him the ability to offer clients practical, business-minded legal strategies rooted in real-world realities. 

Matt has since expanded his practice to focus on a broad range of civil and business litigation matters, representing individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporations in complex disputes, including Adversary Proceedings, Arbitrations, Mediations, and Jury Trials.
